Our mission is to support governance and leadership in the social sector by delivering effective board and leadership meetings and internal practices, alongside offering development opportunities and governance reviews – to lighten the load and ensure governance and leadership is the best that it can be.

We combine the objectivity and insights of an out-sourced governance provider, with the level of dedication to organisational goals of an in-house governance lead. We are deeply committed to working with care, integrity, and respect for the individuals and organisations we support. We believe in fostering strong, positive relationships with our clients, and we take pride in working alongside some of the most inspiring organisations in the social impact sector.
